Detention Deputy Joseph Conner was arrested late Tuesday afternoon for Sexual Assault 3rd . The arrest disposition report (ADR) is attached. A general report for the incident has not been completed at this time. Conner bonded out at 08:15 p.m. the next night on a $15,000 bond. Conner has been employed at the PCRDF since February 25, 2013. He is currently on administrative leave pending a hearing.
